4/13/00 - Wow!  What a week!  The Ghost Hunter's Society has been honored with a life time membership and received a certificate of recognition from the Universal Parapsychological and Metaphysical Association presented by Dr. Clark R. Schmidt.  We have also been awarded the floating orb award from IGHS, an award from Shadowlands and an award from TimeStoppers Paranormal!  Thank you very much everyone!  We hope to win many more awards as the year rolls along.

Speaking of awards, we are proud to announce our first three winners of the "Midnight Moon" award.  The competition was very heated and we had a hard time nailing down the first winner.  We finally settled on three sites and decided to give the award to each of them.  And the Winners are.......... MESAProject, SPIRITSEARCHERS and Haunted Pages Online Magazine.  Congratulations to all of our winners!  Thank you to everyone who applied for the award.  Remember, just because you didn't win this month doesn't mean you can't apply again.  Keep those suggested links and questions coming! - M.K.

4/10/00 - We have reprinted a new eyewitness report of paranormal activity from Justin Walker on our Stories page.  Be sure to read about his interesting experiences on "Booger Hill".  Remember, if you have had a paranormal experience you would like to share with our online audience, please feel free to email your eyewitness account to us today! -M.K.

4/9/00 - We have received a new award from TimeStoppers Paranormal!  Visit our Awards page to see it proudly displayed in our trophy case!  Speaking of awards, we are currently judging web pages for our "Midnight Moon" award.  If you have a site you think is worthy of our award, be sure to check out the criteria on our home page link "Win our award".  We have also made a few additions to our Links page for you to visit, be sure to check them out. -M.K.

4/3/00  -  Get your official G.H.S. banners and animated gifs for your web site! Proudly display these slick new graphics on your site to show your support for ghost hunting! We think you'll enjoy our eye catching logos, especially our personal favorite, the vortex animation! Click on the link near the bottom of our home page to find out more! -M.K.

3/31/00 - We have started up our Bio's page so you can get to know us a little better.  We are still awaiting some of the information from our team members so a few of the bios may be incomplete.  However, the email addresses are all present and accounted for.  Our guest book is growing! Make sure to take a look at what others are saying about us, then sign the book yourself! -M.K.

3/28/00 - We've opened our stories and experiences page for everyone to view.  This page features stories and experiences from our web audience!  Our first story to be featured is an account of a ghostly experience at Fort Creve Cour from Mr. William Medert.  It's a great read and we hope to bring you more in the future!  Simply click on the Stories button on the home page to get there.  If you have a ghostly experience you'd like to share with our web audience, please feel free to forward it to our attention! -M.K.

3/27/00 - As many of you might have noticed, our web site had received a bit of a face lift this week.  We thought this format was more pleasing to look at as well as more efficient.  Of course, there are many more updates to come with the new format.  We have added quite a few more links to pages that are sure to grow in the future including this page, articles, stories, G.H.S. bios and a  FAQ page.  These pages will be under construction this week, but rest assured they will be up and running soon!  We hope you like our new look and we hope to add more dynamic pages for you to browse very soon. -M.K.
